Careful packaging is very important

I give 5 stars, at the moment, but ... The used MacBook Pro M1 16" I had purchased via refurbed.dk got shipped in a cardboard box tailored to a smaller 14" laptop, and as a consequence of the imperfect packaging I suppose my laptop moved around a lot, unnecessarily, within the cardboard box during the long delivery route from France to Denmark. An unnecessary risk, especially because it should be easy, and cheap, for a competent company, or for a network of competent companies, to ensure that a 16" laptop gets shipped in a cardboard box tailored to a 16" laptop, to minimise the, unavoidable, risks of damage due to careless courier handling during a long, international, delivery route. That said, the laptop looks in excellent condition, as stated, and, at the moment, works faultlessly, as expected, given its expensive price.
