Really easy to use and the phone is great as well as the warranty that comes along. The only downside is that the wired headphone connection on this particular phone causes beeping and crackling when listening to music or talking on a call. I must mention that I ordered a ‘very good’ condition rather than excellent but as a musician if I had known this beforehand I would have picked a different model.
