The warranty is real - excellent customer service

I've been a Refurbed customer for almost four years now. I've bought laptops, desktops and mobile phones. The units weren't perfect. Many of them had flaws - they are used, after all. But I'm writing this review to say that the customer service always rose up to my expectations. An iPhone had a dark blotch that was only visible in some lighting conditions - I was offered a partial refund of about 10% (after having been asked if I accept). A MBP was out of stock by the time it was time to pack it. I was offered alternative purchase options, which I declined and I was quickly refunded in full. Another iPhone had a FaceID malfunction during the first few months after purchase. I sent it in under warranty, but, to everyone's surprise, the seller went bankrupt in a very public way. Refurbed (as a platform) stepped in and - although I had to wait for quite a long time - sent me an identical replacement unit at their cost. They even extended my warranty by 1 month to make up for the duration of the proceedings. Stellar!
