This is the second time I’ve ordered a refurbished pair of airpods pro here. The first time I’ve accidentally ordered the regular airpods 1 instead of the the pro version. No issues whatsoever with changing the order and the airpods were in perfect condition. I even recieved the packaging as if they were straight out of the apple store. Today I’ve recieved my new airpods and went for the Pro 2 this time. This time without the original apple packaging but that doesn’t really matter too much to me. The airpods arrived 2 days earlier than planned, which suprised me in a very positive way. They work perfectly and I haven’t found a single scratch. The next week I will test them and if anything comes up I will add it in this review. Would definitely recommend if you’re looking for a good quality airpods, but don’t want to pay top dollar.

4 stars for ultimately getting the right phone. I bought an excellent condition phone which should have minimum 85% charging capacity. Got delivered and it only had 80%. Got in touch with refurb customer services who understood and raised a return request label from the provider. Provider came back with - the battery condition was as expected despite refurb stating their own policy in their return request explain. Provider sent out the label the following day and I ordered another phone with the correct charging capacity. I’d buy from here again, only headache was their provider didn’t seem to know their policies.
