Refurb Denmark

Refurb is one of the leading brands in used computers, tablets and smartphones in Denmark. The used IT equipment is purchased from both the public and private companies. After data deletion and renovation, we make sure to upgrade everything with the latest software before it is sold.

Refurb was established in 2008 and have experienced constant growth since the start. Today, the company has 45 employees, of which approx. 20% are in special positions, with special skills or on their way away from the edge of the labor market. All refurbishment takes place at our own modern remarketing center in Denmark.

At Refurb we are determined to make a difference for the environment and build a sustainable business. Our vision is to take a lead position within the green circular economy in the IT industry. We wish to minimize the environmental footprint on the planet by creating a sustainable business based on reuse.

Our entire business foundation is based on reuse and the circular economy, made visible by the fact that we are ISO 14001 certified. • Refurb is ISO 27001 certified in information security management. We comply with the requirements of ISO 27001, and we are constantly working to improve both technical and organizational security measures to secure our customers’ data and information. • As a Microsoft Authorized Refurbisher, Refurb is authorized by Microsoft to license Microsoft software on used IT equipment. • The UN’s global goals for sustainable development are a comprehensive and ambitious agenda. Every day we work with SDG 8 “Decent jobs and economic growth” and SDG 12 “Responsible consumption and production” We have signed up to the UN Global Compact and work towards ambitious climate reduction goals under the Science Based Targets initiative”,
